Villa Wedding in Bali
Wedding in a villa is more convenient and personal than in a hotel or other places, you can personally control and coordinate the wedding arrangement as in your own place; and it would be more flexible for the wedding assistant and your family team to manage and develop their best service and creativity.
Bali has many villa options around the island, whether you choose beach front, hill top, rice field or mountainous location. There are some fees and terms that you need to consider:
- Venue fee (some villas exclude this venue fee with minimum nights of stay)
- Deposit fee (deposit fee is to guarantee their properties and will be refunded to you after the event)
- Minimum stay (depends on the their low, high and peak season period)
- Chef and staff (baby sitter, chauffer, waitress/ butler) expenses (some villas include staff expenses)
- Reception and catering fee if any (usually in-house chef can handle small and simple reception up to 8 persons or depends on the villa’s capacity and staff)
- Banjar fee & entertainment permit (local government) — if you have a loud party all night long with many guests. We can help to organize and obtain this fee and permit.
Each villas have different policy for entertainment, some of them don’t allow loud music (live band or DJ) and all night long party but some of them may allow live music and DJ with time limit and restriction.
Villas also have different high and peak season period than hotels’ and depends on their market and function schedule. In general their period is as follow:
High season 1 July – 31 July, 1 Sept – 15 Sept, Easter week, Chinese New Year
Peak season 1 Aug – 31 Aug, 20 Dec – 8 Jan
So, you should need to check the high and peak season period to meet your own schedule and budget.
